Vision

Our vision is to become an influential Centre of Excellence in Education, leaning, research and provision

of innovative services to the community.

Mission

The mission of ICE is to “upgrade the intellectual and educational expertise of teachers who are capable

to guide and educate the young generation who are holistic and practices lifelong education.

Objectives

The following are the ICE objectives:

- Give intellectual, moral, professional and scientific education to the students;

- Teach and train in diverse domains of education;

- Educate teachers animated of a spirit of creativity and innovation;

- Attach a particular importance to professional practice;

- Contribute to the achievement of the national policy in the sector of education.

Our objectives are focused on training and teach essentials traits of maintaining the quality Education in

official and commercial languages used in field in neighbors countries.
