Introduction
Offered trainings have an intensive character, due to a number of constraints such as
- pre-faculty requirements
- travel abroad with certificate in pocket
- prepare to TOEFL test
- performance at work place
- individual’s eagerness to communicate
Courses shall include three levels, each 200 hours. The levels are: Beginners, Elementary and
Intermediate. Successful completion of a level shall be rewarded by a certificate.
Targeted Learners
The communities targeted are selected according to the following criteria:
- impacting on the development of the area;
- have a sizeable group of learners;
- be able to pay some fee to cover the costs of learning
- So far the following are in the pipeline: Southern Province Districts Staff; Gitwe staff (hospital &
other); Kinazi Cassava Processing Plant; and other
- Individuals: traders, teachers, farmers, and other.
- Expatriates wishing to study Kinyarwanda
Delivery mode
The course could be delivered at INDERABUREZI COLLEGE OF EDUCATION or at the premise of learners,
whenever possible (transportation, teaching facilities such as rooms)
